Essie's First Trip to the Zoo!

We decided to take a little family outing one Saturday and take Essie to the Boise Zoo. It isn't the biggest zoo, but it was nice to get out as a family. It was such a beautiful day! Here are some pictures from the day!






This is a Komodo Dragon. At first we thought it was dead, but it was just taking a nap. It was H-U-G-E!



Here is a Siberian Tiger! The paws on this thing were the size of our heads! (sorry the picture was taken through the fence, but you get the idea )

This is a rock chuck, and when Essie seen these little guys, she started screaming and was not a happy camper! This is mommy's favorite because they are so cute and chubby, but baby girl DID NOT want anything to do with them!

Easter!

This is our families first post so bear with us! This was baby Essie's first Easter! She was exactly three months old, and boy did we celebrate! We spent the day at Jason's cousin's house where we had an easter egg hunt. Considering Essie can't eat eggs, she got clothes and mom and dad got the candy! (yummmmm)
